The "Bun" Story
When Bun first approached us, they were hesitant to dive into social media marketing. They weren’t sure if it would bring tangible value to their business. But after some thoughtful consideration, they decided to take the plunge.
We began with a consistent approach: day by day, posting quality content. The initial momentum was slow, but we knew consistency was key. Over time, their videos started gaining traction—first 1,000 views, then 2,000. A few months later, one of their videos hit 10K views, and soon after, another skyrocketed to 84K. Then, the big one: a mega-viral video that reached 2.5 million views.
Throughout this journey, we focused on four content pillars:

These pillars allowed us to build a genuine connection with the community on social media. Consumers began to feel personally connected to the brand, engaging with the content in meaningful ways.
But the real question remained: Was this social media success translating into real-world sales?
When summer rolled around, the answer was clear: Yes. Bun had successfully attracted an entirely new community—the Deal community—directly from Instagram. This influx of followers, many of whom came specifically because of what they saw on social media, significantly boosted foot traffic and revenue at the restaurant.
Through strategic content, consistent effort, and a focus on engagement, Bun not only saw growth in online metrics but also experienced real, measurable success in the form of new customers.
